New born not really taking full naps

Not really sure whats going on. But my one month old son isnt really sleeping / napping anymore. Longest is 30 minutes and hes back up crying again. Hes full from eating, diaper is clean, he gets a boat load of attention. Just a curious first time mom windering if this will go away or if something's wrong..
