What is this/what does it mean??

 So I pulled down my pants to go to the bathroom, and saw this. It's sort of a lotion/creamy consistency. Not quite sure what it is; if any ladies out there know I'd appreciate the help! (I got a depo shot injection today, not sure if that matters or not but I thought I'd include it anyways)
