terrified!!

Not the lip part but like the bigger skin part I have a lump on the inside of my skin. Honestly I am terrified and I think the worst like it being cancer or something. Can someone please explain what this might be. It's like a small lump and if I touch it to much it hurts or if I move my legs close I can kinda feel it. Someone please tell me what this is I'm scared please tell me that it's okay.
