ATTITION PLEASE

So im sure im not the only girl out there that gets skin tags, am i right? You know their annoying and just wierd to have, we get them in so many different places n all. Well i am asking if anyone knows how to get rid of them without having to pull it or cut it, somthing like that, but i have one on my thigh its small barely noticeable but it bugs me. How can i get rid of it?
