Could I be pregnant & having twins?!🤰🏻👶🏻👶🏻

Just hear me out before you start judging! lol I tested VERY early, I have 11 days before my period is due. I've been having intense symptoms such as heartburn that is subtle during the day & full force at night! Random body aches, cramps, back pain, headaches, dizziness & tender nipples. With all these on going symptoms I caved & took my last test. I got a VERY faint positive that popped right up. I was floored when I seen anything! I've done some research & people have been known to test positive early when they're having twins?! Me & my fiancé has twins in our family. His mom is a twin, so I know it's a possibility. However I could have also ovulated earlier then expected, since I don't track my ovulation. Just on an app that is estimated & could be very wrong. Has any of you ladies done something similar to me & had twins or even been pregnant?
