Im trying the pineapple trick this cycle can anybody tell me how to do that i mean how to cut ,how many days n how much? Thanku in advance😬

I read an article that said to skin it, cut it down the middle, then cut it into 5 even wedges. Then eat 1-3 wedges every day until it is gone. I put mine in a smoothie with milk and a banana. (Also, skin hack: rub the banana peel on your face for a minute and it is a natural Botox!!!) I made sure not to eat it until DPO 1 because the article said if you eat it too soon it will cause to much acid and cause problems for implantation. Good luck!

Cut the whole pineapple into 5 chunks. Eat 1 piece (including the core) in the morning on an empty stomach from 1 dpo - 5 dpo. I ate mine from 2 dpo - 6 dpo jus to make sure I didn't mess with O. I am now 8w4d after 16 months ttc.  Good Luck
