Not sure what to do?

After my miscarriage last week I've been having a think about stopping ttc and going back on the pill, I'm just so scared that this will happen again and people telling me stories. I don't think me and my SO is emotionally ready to keep going. I think we want to wait a couple more years! It took us 2 years to get bfp this time so I'm really not sure what to do. Any advice?

Keep on keeping on! When it is meant to happen, it will. I would stay off the pill, do nfp if you aren't ready to "try" again, but this will allow your body to stay natural so you'll be all ready to go when you do decide to try! Sorry to hear of your miscarriage.

Sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage in December and though we were not trying, it still made me question & feel like I had to make long term decisions. For me, the first couple months after it happened were tough. I would suggest using a temporary BC method maybe condoms for the first couple months before you make a longer term plan like the pill. It will take you a while to get back to yourself hormonally, and also grieve this loss in your own time. Best not to decide while still grieving and hormones shifting. Xoxo

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I would give yourself some time. I miscarried in June last year and definitely wasn't ready to try again right away. You could use condoms or pull out-haha it's not really recommended but it always worked for me-until you decide to try again.
