Can someone give me tips on not quitting myself? I have been on a diet & exercise for a month & couple days. I have seen results from my love handles. I'm still struggling to lose the rest of it I know it takes time & patience. But, I have ate junk food but it isn't an everyday thing & it makes me feel guilty afterwards. I need to stay positive... And any works out on losing handles, tip etc.. would be great. Thank you
