Thoughts?

Last month my period ended either on the 24th or 25th. I did have unprotected sex and the outcome? Yes you've guessed it correctly. I should have been more careful but it was in that moment, lol. Anywhooo.. That happened. I do have irregular periods because my weight, level of stress, smoking, and I guess my depression. So I have been told. But my period length is normal, 7 days, and I know it has been said That sperm can live up to 5 days in the tubes. I tried to calculate my length because I dont remember when exactly i started but it did end on the 25th or so. And i counted back 7 days since that's how long I have it for. With that being said, is there any high or low chances of pregnancy? I'm unsure when I ovulate but i do know when I do at times because sometimes I feel light cramps and a high sex drive. Glow says I was supposed to start my period on the 18th and now I'm three dags late. Like i said I do have irregular periods. I checked my CM today and it was a light milky and wet discharge or what ever. No odor. And it wasn't sticky. I am experiencing cramps here and there. Oh, I did take a test a week after sex as it also says to do that or a few days after a missed period. I checked a week after sex and it was negative. Am I just panicking or am I safe from worries because my stress may be the reason why I'm not expecting my period yet? I know you ladies aren't doctor's or a nurse to indicate possibilities. But i feel that you all may have better experiences with this type of stuff. And yes I should keep track of my own body but my job just kills my energy I dont even think of anything. I'm sorry!!
