Coming off the pill

Hey! I came off the pill a couple months back and my first period nearly killed me. It was super heavy and went for 15 days. This time I have had barely anything just spotting and it's coming up to the 11th day. Has anyone else had these issues coming off the pill and if so how long did it take to go back to normal? I have done a pregnancy test and it has come back as negative and I know that it's not false as it was a little to no chance anyway haha.

If anyone has any advise ect or has been through this let me know!
