Birth Control? HELP

I'm 15 years old and I've been thinking about asking my mom if I could start birth control because I heard it can help regulate my period and make the cramps less hurtful. I don't know if I should though. Is it good to take?

I take it for my periods and I'm soon to be 15. It's helped a lot with my acne and period length. It's only helped a little with my cramps but it's different for everyone. I would definitely ask your mom if you could try birth control.
