Crime scene anyone?

I am almost 6 months post partum and have been having semi regular periods since birth (I have PCOS so having a period every month is about as regular as I get) anyways, I've always been a tampon type of girl and use tampax pearl regular.... yesterday and today both I have been bleeding through a tampon and panty liner in an hour and a half... this is my first experience with this as I typically change tampons between 6 and 8 hours with no hint of leakage. Is it time to go up in absorbency or time for a doctors appointment? I really don't want to use bigger tampons because I haven't gotten them placed properly to not feel them.
