I was in 6th grade and someone named the period gave me the birthday present of bloody panties

I was 11 in summer camp one of the girls claimed hers came on and showed us a light pink stain on her panties ( later learned it was a a dye run from when her mom did laundry)

My didn't have the talk with me yet so I didn't know what to expect just thought when I got my period it was gonna be light pink etc

2 weeks later I went to use the bathroom stall at camp and my panties were full of blood I sat there crying thinking I was dying the teacher Ms Nickels came and asked me what's taking so long I told her I was dying my panties are full of blood and it won't stop coming out of me... 
She said she will call my mom and be right back..she gave me change of clothes and a pad ( I thought it was a bandaid) I told her I don't know how to use this she told me place it on my fresh panties and just pull them up... I did so about half an hour later my dad came and got me he had chocolates and food with him and I just kept crying he took me to my grandmas house and she just let me sleep then my mom came and said your not dying it's your present to womanhood my response was well you can take this present and just give me the boobs... by that Sunday everyone knew I had my period my aunts cousins church teacher everyobody.. they were congratulating me and saying you got your menstrual I even got little planners and calendars.. I started crying again cause I didn't know what a nenstrual was and told them I just wanted to be a kid not some person planning things and keeping a schedule.... my mom and her friends and the church laughed at me for almost a year...

And I slapped the girl for lying about her period had me thinking I was dying

I remember i was 11 and it was summer school was about to start in 1 month and July 24  was the morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and I didn't see anything in my underwear but I wiped and saw blood on the toilet paper but I woke up with diarrhea so I thought I was pooping blood  but didn't pay it no mind so I pulled my underwear back up grabbed clothes out my room to shower and came back to take my underwear off and there was blood again but I thought I just didn't wipe good from when I pooped so I just showered put my clothes on got to Office Depot and felt something drizzling out and I just went to the restaurant bathroom because that store didn't have one and Went to the bathroom and saw blood again and I knew what was going on and called my grandma and told her and she took care of me d-end

It was my 11th birthday party (6th grade me) and I went to go use the bathroom and I saw blood on my panties. I wasn't freaking out, my mom got me like 10 different books about puberty and periods. I also watched a lot of period life hacks on YouTube. Luckily I had a panty liner in my purse. My mom made me always have one just in case it happened while I was @ school. I was 13. Staying at my aunts house. Was pulling an allnighter with a friend. I never got any pains or anything, went and peed and a little drop of blood was on it lol. I think I was ether 11 or 12, started my period right before I had went to church with my family. I told my mom while everyone was getting ready, she gave me a pad and expanded everything to me. We get to church and before the service started, everyone is walking around, greeting each other. And my mother, being the lovely lady she is, decided to tell the whole congregation. One handshake at a time.

I was 9. I was in school wearing LIGHT blue pants. I went to the bathroom and found out i bled right through my pants and my whole class and teachers saw it and no one would tell me. I was 11 and I stayed home sick from school. My dad was a stay at home dad. I woke up from a nap to bloody underwear and went to him crying. He called me mom and she told all her friends at her work hahaha 
My dad and I watched a movie, he gave me a heating pad and advil, and made me food! 
It was super embarassing to me back then but I'm grateful I had him to help me during that!

I remember a friend of mine talking about it school as she was the only girl out of our friends that had it.. literally a few days later i got mine. It came out of nowhere which i thought was so bizarre after my convo days before with friends. I was 11.
