[TMI] is this a miscarriage?? I'm so sad

My period was  ery strange. Watery as in dripping everywhere, I got up and walked to the bathroom and it was pouring out( I was naked) as if a balloon had burst. Then my blood clots are huge. Larger than a quarter, about a inch in width&  now that I'm looking it up it looked like a miscarriage, and I'm still having cramps. This was about a week ago.
