Dealing with ectopic pregnancy

So I found out i was pregnant yay! But then I found out the hurtful truth that Im gonna have to go through surgery because I have an ectopic pregnancy where a fertilized egg implants outside of the uterus.....I seem to be taking it alot harder than my fiancé and when I want to talk about it he just says idk or Im sorry. How do i suffer but with suoport? This is so hard for me
