Lady Garden is smelly😷

Okay this is embarrassing but it may just be that I just got off my period but I woke up this morning and I bent down to grab something and I got a whiff of a really bad smell and it was like bad seafood and something else idk but I keep myself super clean. I take a shower in the morning and a bath a night so everything can kinda clean its self and when I use the restroom I make sure everything is clean but it's like ew what is this... any tips or ideas?? If may just be me getting off my period but I'm super paranoid about things.
