Pregnant and spotting??? 😔

So i found out i was pregnant about a month ago now. But i have been spotting since i found out. Some days its bright red and some days not. No pain other than occasional cramping. But dr says could be a sign of miscarriage.  I guess im just looking for a little reassurance.  I dont think i can handle losing a baby.

It's so tricky to say... with my son, I had spotting for 3 days at week 7 or 8. He is a heathy baby boy!
Last month I was 5w pregnant and started to bleed. It was more than spotting though. I figured it was a miscarriage right away. I went in for a ultrasound and the doctor confirmed that I had lost it. 
You should do a pregnancy test, and/or have an ultrasound. My pregnancy test that day was negative, or very faint line, when it should have been solid.
What helped me deal with my miscarriage is that I read that most miscarriages happen when there is a serious dna issue with the baby. It is bad either way, but I'd rather wait another month or two (or three...) and have a healthy baby.

Similar thing happened to me I didn't have implantation bleeding before I found out I was pregnant I started to bleed a week after finding out I was pregnant and of course I freaked out and took another pregnancy test to make sure I was still pregnant .. now my son is turning 3 next month .
