Any tips for first time preseed user?
I just picked up my first box!! Been "trying" for 3 years now(not tracking O, temp, or anything at all).
How much do you/did you guys use? How long does one box last? Thanks in advance!!
Edit: Now I'm using ovulation strips twice a day, and using preseed!
