7DPO !!! AF NOT WELCOME 04/29

So today marks 7 DPO & on yesterday I had extreme cramps. So bad I had to stop and sit until it subsided. And I've been having creamy, sticky, white CM. Also been having hot flashes, extremely tired, everything seems to smell funny! Not trying to symptom spot but this is just what I've experienced so far. Anybody experienced something similar and got a BFP or currently experiencing this ?
