You could also try one bottle of formula a day, then two etc etc until he is fully on formula. That way it will help decrease your supply steadily as well.

My son is seven months and I EBF. I would like to switch to formula as I have lost a tonne of weight and it's starting to affect my health. I have tried giving him similac but he refused it. What's the best way to transition him?
