bladder leakage???

So every once in a blue moon I feel the urge to pee constantly, but there is hardly any pee in my bladder. I'll have a slight tingle sensation throughout the day and I will even leak some into my panties. I am only 18 and I am concerned about it. This only lasts half a day or a whole day.  I am planning to ask my gyno about it but my next appointment isn't until a year from now.. Any quick answers or help to prevent this sensation from happening??? Please help!
