First poop 💩

I gave birth and couple days ago and had my first poo today.. I didn't have stool softeners and it literally felt like shitting bricks lmao. I have a lot of stitches down there. And since then my stitches are really sore and it seems like I'm bleeding a little more than I was. Anyone else have this happen?? Any suggestions on what I should do? TIA
