When did you start your little ones and juice and water?
 And did you wait til they were a year to start cows milk?

I started water at 6 months. My daughter doesn't know what to think of it yet. 😂 there's really no reason to give juice- puréed fruit or whole ripe fruit is much healthier.

We only did small amounts of prune juice with her formula when she was backed up. Started whole milk at a couple weeks after a year old. She drinks water and milk only, unless I give her something I am drinking.

Water at 6m juice we won't do for a long time 2+ but we did do Almond and cashew milk at 10m

They don't need anything other than breast milk or formula for 6 months to a year depending on what your doctor says. Even in the heat it's enough to keep them hydrated. Everything else fills up the belly but gives no nutrition.

My son is 7 months and I offer him a sippy cup with water, but he doesn't seem interested in it. I'll probably start offering very watered down juice next. I don't plan on giving him cow milk at all, but will offer almond milk at 1.

My son started drinking water at 6 months when we started solids. No juice. After 12 1/2 months of breast milk and supplemental formula as my supply dwindled, we tried milk. My son doesn't like it so he gets some with his oatmeal or cereal but doesn't drink it, so he gets calcium with yogurt, cheese, spinach, etc

I plan on doing pea milk because that's what we drink in our house, more nutritious than the other nut milk. Also plan on making juice with a juicer and lots of water, I also make my own baby foods easier and cheaper!
