Boxing beginner
I just wanted to add a happy thought! I tried a boxing class out for the first time today and it was amazing! I have been trying to exercise and eat healthy but it's hard to get motivated when you don't like exercising that much. My friend and I went for an hour class and let me tell you, it was super intense. The level and size of people there ranged incredibly and I felt so comfortable. So this message is a sign for all of you that think it's impossible to exercise and love it at the same time, that all you have to do is just find the type of exersize that's right for you! I hope to continue going to this boxing place and even practice on my own. 😊
