Diaper Rash Question

My Squish has a pretty uncomfortable-looking rash all over her poor tush. We're using CJ's BUTTer and lots of air time to help it clear up, but I'm wondering if there's anything more we can do. She is cutting her first tooth, and I know that can sometimes cause diaper rashes. Any advice?
