It's not a "secret", you can do your research on feminine products and find exactly what they're made of before you use them on or in your body. 
There are plenty of non-toxic options, but the bottom line is that they're tested for safety when used and changed correctly. Nobody's out to get you or give you cancer.

None of this stuff is a secret, for one. And this picture gives you NO information. Adhesive chemicals? Okay, so what's this dangerous adhesive chemical called so I can look it up and see for myself? They either don't have the name because it's a "secret" and therefore they can't know if it's bad for you - don't even know what it is. Or, they do know what it is and won't tell you because it's not actually dangerous.
