acne problems

I have these tiny pimples on my cheeks and sides of my mouth. They aren't noticeable but if I like yawn or open my mouth wildly you can see them in certain lights. It just annoys me because I know they're there and they literally never go away. I've had them since I've started puberty. Is there ang way I can get rid of them??
