can't put in the Ring birth control

i been trying to put it on for a month and i realized i can't put it in.. it hurts and feels uncomfortable and weird..... I almost did it yesterday but i kept shaking and crying hahahahaha..... what do i do since i paid for 3 months of it?  😰 what other birth control can i try ... Birth controls are so painful but worth it ... but i just can't seem to find one i really like.... i tried the depo shot , iud and this and they both sucked 😫anyone have suggestions??
