Hemorrhoids.

Sooo, this is my first pregnancy and things have been getting a little painful. I have a horrible hemorrhoid and my mom told me it was normal. I know this seems like too much and I apologize for that but it's just killing me. I've been putting the hemorrhoid cream on it and it's still just horrible pain, I don't know what to do about it. Has anyone else had this issue or at least know anything I can try to help me ease the pain and how to get rid of it?
