PCOS and irregular cycles?

Do any of you fine people have PCOS and irregular cycles? Do you find this to be beneficial for birth control? Even though it would be technically hard for me to conceive given my irregular cycles, I know it's still possible and I don't want to risk it. I don't take birth control pills for the side effects, and condoms don't happen as they should... Pulling out has been good, but I wanted to hear if any one else using this app is also taking their basal temp and how it's helped them see their fertile/non fertile days..
