please help kinda a long story

Okay so I ovulated 4/4 or 4/5. AF was due 4/23. I started spotting on 4/20 and stopped spotting on 4/22 it was never enough to fill a pad and just enough to not wear a pantiliner. Well I took this test this morning and it looks positive I think. What I'm confused about is if I just bled what was happening because I have never heard of someone implanting on at 16 dpo before. Ugh. So stressful.
