Low amniotic fluid and low placenta

I have been on bed rest my for 2 months and it looks like it might be like this the rest of the pregnancy. I am high risk and just got out of the hospital for heavy bleeding. I am scared and I wish I had more people to talk to than who I do. Science and actual facts are not a thing with the people I talk too. As much as I love them. Anyone going through the same? 20 weeks right now.
