Mirena mood swings :(

So I got an IUD (Mirena) in January of this year and it is now April and I bled for 26 days for both February and March and now I have no period at all, (except occasional spotting) but still the pms symptoms. Also I've been having super crazy mood swings and I've been super emotional lately and I'm not sure why. Are these normal symptoms of the IUD and are there any ways to calm down?
