birth control/period

So I have been really good about taking my pill everyday. Never missed a day this month . Previous when I had i wouldn't bleed if I remembered to take it the next day, if I went two days I would bleed untill I took 3 consecutive pulls and it would stop. Same with the sugar pills In the end of the pack . My first day of sugar nothing but by the second day I'm always spotting. This may be tmi but up to this last month he was still pulling out 90% of the time. This month he had not even once that I'm aware of pulled out. So I'm gonna say we've had sex about 25 times in the last month HERES THE PROBLEM, after not missing a single day, I'm at the end of my sugar pills and still not a spot. I don't want to start a new pack if I may be pregnant. Do you guys think I should go get a pregnancy test? Or what cause, I'm leaning more that way.
