husband left four days after wedding

My husband left four days after we got married, I was two months pregnant. I haven't seen him since, he hasn't ever met his 4 month old daughter.  In NC, you must be separated a year before able to file for divorce. May will be a year. He moved 26 hours away. He has had people stalk me on social media to keep tabs (I know this because he sends me screenshots of my posts and asks about them, but he is blocked, so it's someone else), he talks to my ex best friend. They're best friends now. He also talks to my dad's side of the family. He's called CPS on me. But now, he's saying he wants us back. No way in hell. But what I'm worried about is he said that he's going to come to NCand contest the divorce. I can't stand to be married to him a minute longer than I have to. Is there any chance the appeal will be approved and my divorce will be denied?
