FTM, nipple feels weird--maybe related to milk production??

So, last night I had a weird breastmilk related dream that woke me up laughing. Just for funsies, this prompted me to check out my boobs this morning...and something is definitely different. My nipples wouldn't get "hard" like they normally would naked in the cool morning air. Upon further experimentation, I couldn't even "pinch" said nipple. Basically doing so caused the nip to essentially retreat into the flesh of my boob. Which, as a woman who has previously enjoyed more nipple play in other arenas, it kinda flipped me out that I couldn't pinch my nipple. Further prodding and squeezing (trying to figure out WTF is wrong with my tit), I noticed a glistening in the middle like a wetness, but nothing substantial, just like it caught the light in the crevices of my nipple. I'm approx 20 weeks and wasn't expecting anything to do with milk production until 3rd tri...also, WTF, my nipple needs to not try to hide if a baby is someday going to try to eat from it.

Just wondering 1. Any other ladies have weird stuff happen to their boobs? 2. Specifically, did your nip try to run away?! 3. Any other preggo stuff happen when you were a ftm that flipped you out?

It's one thing to just sort of vaguely know something is coming because you're preggo. It's a whole nother thing to watch it happen, am I right?
