Start of Preeclampsia 28 weeks

So I'm currently 28 weeks pregnant with baby #3. I went into the doctors office for sudden swelling in my feet, turns out BP was 170/102 and placed on labetalol. I also had to do a 24 hour urine collection and received a phone call today saying it was elevated proteins and BP is still 130/90s ok medicine. I have an appointment tomorrow but my question is had anyone dealt with this this early in third trimester. I was diagnosed with preeclampsia with my first 2 but not until 39 and 38 weeks and was induced with no major issues. I also have increased fluid, has anyone had to deliver early third trimester due to this or was it managed ?
