HELP ME PLEASE

I was wondering if anyone can help me - I will start off by saying I had AF only 10 days ago and had sex on this day and days to follow!
2 days after they went away I started to feel weird been up and down and all over the place - bloating , sore bbs, dizziness , sore heads, weird twinges in lower tummy at night, and major lower back pain! Today I have had pale yellow creamy CM and quite a bit too! I know am just due to ovulate however I have never had any these signs before mid cycle!
Anyone any ideas why am feeling like this :(
