how do I stay sane?

I have 2 kids 1 on the way..#1 he's 8 years old and isn't fully mine in his head and he currently doesn't respect me or like the idea of me or his sister I feel like #2 is almost 3 is biologically mine and loves her mommy daddy and brother doesn't give me to many problems... other then I'm at home 24/7 and Ive been having a very hard time to relax and stay sane with keeping the house straight everyone happy when I'm not happy myself and don't have friends where I live now and I have no clue how to cope or attempt to make myself happy
