anyone ever work in a drug rehab setting?

I have an interview tomorrow for a job! I really really want it but have never had any experience with drug addiction or family (thankfully). If anyone has worked in a rehab place like this what's it like? I would be doing office work and then ease into patient work. They use medications to help overcome addiction so they said I would be working with people who would teach me more about this. Anyone got experience? Is it rewarding?
