fiancée is distant

Me and my fiancée have been engaged for about 2 and a half years. Our relationship was great, but now all of the sudden he is super distant. I haven't seen him in about 2, almost 3 months because he is "busy". I understand being busy, but it's just insane to me that he couldn't find time in literally almost 3 months to see me. Also, another thing is when he says he is "busy" he is usually just sitting at home doing nothing. Another thing is, the last couple times I saw him he was hiding his phone. Usually he doesn't care when a notification pops up and whatever, but the last times I saw him he kept his phone either face down or in his pocket. I don't want to accuse him of cheating but I feel like these are tell tale signs. I've tried talking to him but he just seems annoyed. What do I do? Am I being crazy or paranoid?
