What's the worst change you did to yourself after a breakup?

When my ex broke up with me I cut my hair. He always said he like my hair long and blonde so I dyed it back to my natural and cut off six inches. I hated it still do.

I don't consider this a 'worst change' but I got skinny after 1 break up because he was constantly telling me how fat I was and that he was going to leave me for someone skinny if I didn't lose weight and how could I stand myself being so fst... welp..he cheated on me with my best friend who was about the size of a pinky. I am now a relatively healthy skinnyish person ! I really lose the weight right after but with my . now husband I've gained some love-pounds!

I did the same! My ex said he'd dump me if I ever cut my hair, it was down to my bum, so the first thing I did was went to the hair dressers and cut it to shoulder length!
