lost sex drive after childbirth
Ok, first, I'm a husband and this app is how I track her cycle so we can hopefully have a second child. Our daughter is 2, and wonderful. The question I have is: how many women out there lost their sex drive after having a child, and how long before it came back?
Ok, additional info. Prior to getting pregnant with our daughter, she was amorous every 4-5 days. Since then, she hasn't been horny, ever. She still (ahem) "enjoys" sex, (no, she's not faking, and yes, a guy can tell if he's either doing oral or digital stimulation. You can't fake muscle tremors down there.). But, she only tolerates anything vaguely intimate every week or two.
She also stopped reading steamy romance novels, so I'm not sure it's me.
To make matters worse for me, I'm a "communicate love by touch " guy, and a breast man. Her breasts have been verboten for three years now, and her previous love of being petted or held is gone. Im still horny every 4-5 days, but so I'm going nuts here.
So, I've read too many stories from men whose relationship took a similar turn and ten years later they were sleeping in separate beds. I need some reassurance that things will get better.
