Ectopic Pregnancy with emergency left Fallopian tube removal

Cassidy
I went to the ER on vacation April 17th bc of red bleeding and cramping. My hcg levels were really low and the ultrasound showed nothing. During pelvic exam the dr found a fair amount of bleeding. They diagnosed me with a spontaneous miscarriage. I was inconsolable and this was our first pregnancy and I was on my second round of Clomid. A week later on April 24th I started having extreme pain in my pelvic area with most of the pain being on the left side and sharp, shooting pain in my neck and shoulders. I passed out while on the toilet and an ambulance rushed me to ER. My HCG levels has increased and blood was found in my abdomen. My dr decided with my pain and what he saw on ultrasound that I needed laparoscopic surgery. He ended up removing a large amount of internal blood and removing my ruptured left Fallopian tube. Said there's a slight chance I had a heterotopic pregnancy. Was all very scary and I'll be healing for a long time emotionally and physically.
Have anyone of you gone through this? Know anyone who has still conceived with only one Fallopian tube? Thanks
