I'm trying to quit smoking any advice??
It went to a almost a pack of day and now I had cut down at 2 a day, I want to quit it all for good. Any good advice or good tricks or ways to beat the craving or when I'm too upset and want to smoke? I hate smoking but it helped me realease lots of stress, I stayed smoking when I was in a very mental abusive relationship in my past, I been smoking for a whole year... Just trying to get healthier..
