baby fell off couch

 So I had my baby 7 weeks ago and I had him on the couch and went to get something out of the microwave he kicked off of it and fell on the carpet floor. I don't need to hear that I am a bad mom because I cried for days and still feel AWFUL because of it. He cried when it happened, but nothing seemed different after he was a little scared but had no symptoms from the fall- I took him to urgent care and they checked him and said he was fine just to keep an eye on him. It's been about a week since then and he still is acting completely normal but now I'm paranoid about his head and making sure it looks okay. Does this look like a normal shape for 7 week old?
