7 weeks old cries every day at the same time 😭

My baby is 7 weeks old and for the last week he has been crying like a crazy for no reason. He starts around 5-6pm and won't stop until around 9pm. We haven't changed anything of his routine and it seems to come from nowhere, literally he is happy and smiling and suddenly the craziness begins! We have tried feeding him, bath at the same time, making sure he naps enough during the day and not over stimulate him at that time of the day , gripe water, cuddles, EVERYTHING and nothing calms him down. I've read it could be colic, but he doesn't seem to have gas trapped and I burp him 3 times every feeding.
