Bra for breastfeeding momma

I have nursing bras and the tank tops that have built in bras but they are seriously no support at all. They are but I'm so used to wearing bras that hold mine up and make them look cute again since I've had kids before. But i read I can't wear push up bras or anything like that because it can mess with milk supply??
