drool rash

I think my baby has a drool rash and has had it for two weeks now. I've been keeping her chin dry, wiping away drool and applying coconut oil twice a day. I've also been gently washing it at bath with water. Is there anything else I should be doing? It seems to get better but then gets red again. It was hard to get a pic with a squirmy baby.
