Sudden breakout of acne

So I have always had acne. But NEVER like this. The "breakouts" I have normally gotten are just a few medium sized pimples on my face right before or during my period. This time right before my period I started noticing very small bumps on my chin with hard white heads. Which isn't my normal style of acne, but I didn't think much of it. I just finished my period and I've noticed they're all over. I don't think it's an allergic reaction as I haven't changed any products or eaten anything. I'm also not itchy or swollen at all. The only things I can think of are me touching the dogs and not washing my hands enough, but I have always done that and never had a problem like this. I finished up some antibiotics, but that was like a week before this started happening and I don't know if that would cause this. I am stressed out, but I've been stressed before and have never had a problem. Anyone else ever have a similar problem?
